A blend primarily of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois produced on different soil types. At bottling, we blend a portion of the previous year’s vintage with a quarter of reserve wines (solera dating back to 2016).

Disgorging after at least 18 months without dosage.

A fine, delicate and well-balanced mousse. A fresh and harmonious palate with aromas of ripe fruit.
